**COURSE DESCRIPTION:**

This course is designed to enhance the driving skills of participants, emphasizing the importance of safe driving practices and effective reactions to various road situations. It aims to prepare drivers to handle unexpected scenarios, improve their awareness of other road users, and adhere to traffic safety rules to prevent accidents and ensure safety on the road.

**COURSE OBJECTIVE:**

To increase participants’ knowledge and understanding of road safety, ensuring they are well-prepared to react appropriately in unexpected situations and become more aware of other road users.

**TRAINING OBJECTIVES:**

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

1. **Describe Key Rules and Regulations:** Understand and articulate driving rules specific to oil field areas in relation to the Transportation and Road Safety manual.
2. **Traffic Signs and Road Markings:** Identify and explain all traffic signs and road markings in the country.
3. **Defensive Driving:** Comprehend the principles of defensive driving and demonstrate the ability to drive defensively, considering other road users, especially when operating a heavy vehicle.
