Mechanism for designing digital content to ensure the quality of the training process

In order for the center to ensure that its training services are provided with the highest quality and in accordance with the highest standards, the center has developed a mechanism for designing the digital content used in the electronic training process:
  1. Ensuring the clarity of the objectives of the training content and presenting it in a smooth and simple manner, either through an explanatory introductory video about the objectives of the training program or through a simplified textual explanation that clarifies the objectives and axes of the training program and others.
2. The system follows a fixed standard structure for all units and pages, and the scientific content is divided into separate lessons. The trainee cannot complete the following lessons until he finishes the first one, in addition to dividing and structuring the content to add a preliminary assessment before starting the training (quiz) and adding simple tests between each lesson to ensure benefit from the lessons and for follow-up.
3. The center is always keen to display an appropriate percentage of digital content, usually a not insignificant part of the first lesson, for free, to clarify the nature of the program and for the trainee to know the training mechanism and the smoothness of the trainer’s explanation and attract him to complete the training program. It is also considered part of the center’s initiative for community responsibility to enrich free open content.
4. The digital content is displayed in an organized manner that facilitates navigation between its parts, as in the picture

The center provides various training methods such as audio and visual methods, PDF files, PowerPoint files, and other training methods, while ensuring that the design, media, and fonts used are provided in their different sizes, colors, and formats in a way that facilitates reading and reduces stress on the trainee during the training process.
