The Center’s management emphasizes the modernity and quality of the training materials provided to trainees, and emphasizes the consistency of the objectives, components, and content of the training and scientific materials, activities, scientific documents, and documentary citations with the publishing policy and controls in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It also prohibits the inclusion of any intended or unintended material or content that violates custom, religion, or national law, within the ethics and regulations of publishing and authorship.

First: Means of responding to trainee inquiries:
  1. Email.
  2. System messages through the learning system.
  3. System messages to the trainee’s account.
  4. WhatsApp (for urgent or emergency).
  5. Phone (for urgent or emergency).
Second: Mechanism for responding to trainee inquiries:
  1. Urgent inquiries are responded to via WhatsApp or by direct contact with the trainer via the institute’s landline phone only and not via the trainer’s mobile.
  2. Regular inquiries are responded to within one to two working days.
  3. Determine a virtual office hour for each trainer.

Inquiries (except urgent) are not received on holidays and after working hours.

  • The trainee can follow his path in the electronic course by knowing the parts he trained on. After the trainee starts training by clicking on the beginning of the course or course, the topic will appear according to the plan.
  • When the required goal is completed (viewing and attending it at the required rate in the system), a percentage will appear to him that enables him to know his progress within the course or course and he can move to the other part and so on.
  • The trainee cannot complete the course except after completing the lessons according to the plan set by the trainer And the center.

Low GPA Warning:

 After the end of the training period, the trainee’s training record is uploaded to his account, and whoever gets a GPA of less than 2 out of 5 for all courses will be directed to Low grade alert to alert the trainee and motivate him to make more effort to raise his grade to the required level.

SAS Al-Khobar training Center is keen to provide its training and development programs and courses at the highest level of quality. This questionnaire aims to measure the beneficiary’s satisfaction with his training program. Therefore, we hope that the trainee will fill it out honestly so that we can measure the level of quality and satisfaction with the services provided. When you enter the course, it contains the following sections:

Your progress rate in the course –  Working hours – Description – Curriculum – Evaluations – Trainer’s name – Level – Objectives – Measuring objectives – Downloading the session in parts (reading or audio) – Number of lectures – Number of trainees.

Feedback is provided through:
  • Holding virtual classes.
  • Through social media.
  • Discussing activities and test answers.
  • Through reviews and evaluation.
  • Through evaluating the completion of tasks shown in the trainee’s account in the learning management system.
In order for the trainee to be able to participate effectively and successfully pass the distance education and training courses, he must be able to:
  1. Use the platform’s learning management system and the Zoom application
  2. Send email and attach attachments.
  3. Create documents (word files) Create presentations (PowerPoint files) or other presentation programs and tools.
  4. Convert files to PDF format
  5. Submit files through the costs established in the platform.
  6. Use virtual classroom tools and video conferencing.
  7. Participate in discussion forums.
  8. Adhere to online communication etiquette.
  9. Use various applications on smartphones and mobile devices.
  10. Use search engines and digital libraries
In order for a trainer to be able to teach distance learning and training courses, he must be able to:
  1. Upload content, create assignments, evaluate work, provide feedback, and send an announcement through the learning management system.
  2. Use various tools in the learning management system, such as virtual classroom tools, tests, and forums.
  3. Use classroom and video conferencing tools.
  4. Send email and attach files.
  5. Create documents (word files) Create presentations (PowerPoint files) or other presentation programs and tools.
  6. Use various educational applications on smartphones and mobile devices.
  7. Use search engines and digital libraries.
  8. Use educational applications on mobile phones.
  9. Verify the credibility of information sources and document them properly.
  10. Design the structure of the electronic course in a clear, consistent, and easy-to-use manner.

Electronic Course Evaluation Scores Policy Text of the policy:The trainer of an electronic course in the distance education program is committed to following the trainee evaluation mechanism in the distance education regulations, where the student’s achievement is evaluated with one hundred (100) points, classified as follows: 1-Semester/formative evaluation (60 points) distributed as follows:
  • Participations and attendance in virtual classes and assignments, the total of which is evaluated with thirty points
  • Periodic evaluations of the student’s attendance of lessons on the platform, the total of which is evaluated with thirty points
2-Final evaluation after training (40 points) to pass the final course implemented in person on the platform.

Debarment Policy: The institute notifies the trainee when his absence rate exceeds 10% of the total hours of the electronic course, and if his absence rate increases If the student misses more than 20% of the total hours of the online course, he/she will be considered absent from the course and will not be entitled to a certificate of attendance.
The e-training department at the center is keen to provide continuous support and guidance to new trainees in diploma programs and remote qualifying and development courses, as the center relies on a training plan that ensures maximum benefit for the trainee by joining the training programs at the institute as follows:
Orientation Week:
The institute allocates a week during which it meets with new trainees to introduce them to the institute’s system, the study method, and the regulations and laws of the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training, and to introduce them to the institute’s e-learning platform and to ensure that the trainee’s account is activated on the platform by confirming the username and password for the trainee’s account.
Guidelines:
To facilitate the trainee, the center provides guideline that includes:
  • A detailed explanation of the distance learning platform by defining the platform.
  • How to register and log in to the trainee’s account, complete lessons, and attend virtual classes.
  • Method of tests and evaluation
At the beginning of each training course, new trainees are trained on the e-learning platform, according to the following training plan:

Using the electronic platform The trainee is introduced to using the electronic platform after adding the courses through: entering the course and the method of entering the virtual classes on the live lecture and the method of viewing the written text of the lesson for the lecture and the method of preparing and solving assignments and the method of entering the tests and the method of communicating with the course trainer and the method of communicating with the technical support department Remotely through Zoom.

The center provides guidance for both the trainer and the trainee on how to deal and work through the electronic platform, and also provides a trial account for each task to explain all the features of the platform.
